CANCELLATION & 

PAYMENT POLICY

Divine Doggie Daycare (herein after referred to as "DDD") pet sitting services accept cash, PayPal or Vimeo, or personal check (only if agreed upon in advance; there will be a $35.00 charge for all returned checks) as payment. Payment is due prior to the beginning of any services scheduled. If payment is not received at the time of service, a $25.00 late fee may be added to your invoice. If Client requests to extend service, the Client guarantees payment at the same rate for all services provided upon return. Past due balances will incur a late charge of $20 will continue to be accrued monthly until the balance is paid in full.

Cancellation Policies for Non-Holiday Services

Daycare ServicesBeginning August 1, 2020, Daycare Services will commence [details to come].

Overnight Services: DDD is limited to overnight bookings and when this service is booked, DDD may turn down other overnight requests. Clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit within three days of booking to guarantee service. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the first date of service.

There will be a full refund of deposit if overnight visits are cancelled with two-week notice. However, if the overnight services are cancelled with less than two-week notice, the deposit will be forfeited. Services cancelled due to early returns must give 24-hour notice to receive a 50% refund for services that were not completed.

Payment in full must be received prior to the first visit.

For early returns, 24-hour notice is required otherwise Client will be charged the rate of one visit.

Dog Walking: We understand that plans can change. We don’t charge for cancellations with adequate notice. However, cancellations made after 8:00 P.M. the night before the visit will be charged full price of the visit.

Payment and Cancellation Policies for Holiday Services

Holiday Overnight Services: Clients will be asked to pay in full within three days of booking all services in order to guarantee holiday service. DDD is limited in the amount of overnights and pet sitting services that can be scheduled and when booked, DDD may turn down other requests.

Cancellations within six-weeks will receive a 100% refund. There will be a 50% refund of deposit if services are cancelled with three-week notice. If cancellation occurs with less than three-week notice, there is no refund of the deposit. For early returns, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Holiday Surcharges and Additional Rates

Please note that there is an additional holiday surcharge on holidays. For pet sits please add $10 extra per visit on the holidays listed below. For overnights, please add $20 per overnight on the holidays listed below:

• New Year's Eve and New Year's Day

• Easter Sunday & Easter Monday

• Memorial Day Weekend

• Independence Day Weekend

• Labor Day Weekend

• Thanksgiving Day & the day after

• Christmas Eve & Christmas Day


ADDITIONAL FEES:

One-time initial "Meet & Greet": $25 (30-60 minutes)

Key pick up or drop off: $15


ALL changes in schedule must be made by calling 802-289-2904. Texting, emailing and Facebook Messaging cancellations are not considered an acceptable means of cancellation as reception can be unreliable and, at best, intermittent.
